I am banking with you guys and i was made to believe that if i join capitec i will be helped to consolidate my debts into one but that emerged as not truth, why use same set of rules for ppl who are applying for consolidation and normal loans, surely if i apply for consolidation it means i cant afford and my credit is not good and i dont think ppl who are credit worthy will apply for consolidation, cant you help ppl like us without checking affordability and credit record? please dont tell me about the laws of fica ect, i am your customer and i expect to be assisted by you guys cause im banking with you and my salary goes into your bank.
otherwise pls cancel the consolidation thing from your institutation as it frustrates a lot of guys like us and does not have any meaning if you are going to be checked based on your credit and affordability record or was it merely a ploy to get more customers? and now i regret leaving my previous bank for nothing!!!
