Thursday 4/04/13 claim for phone was submitted. The claim was approved on 9/04/13. I was given the name of a contact person for the supplier of the new phone. I did not have anyone call from the supplier and had to call the supplier personally. Upon calling, I was told the consultant provided by discovery no-longer worked for the supplier. I sent an email on 12/04/13 informing discovery of this and they called me to allocate me a new consultant. The problem of the phone being supplied persisted until 17/04/13. Discovery informed me that they would pay out the claim with cash since they has difficulty providing me with the phone through the supplier. It is now 23/04/2013 and I have yet to be paid for the phone.
