I am utterly disappointed as how my situation with the bank is being handled. 1st i called in after receiving a massage to inform me that they the bank will debit me on a different date than that of me getting paid. since the day i get paid on falls on a weekend i get paid on the last business day before that weekend of the day falling in. The lady i spoke to yesterday (Monique) said the debit order was going to go out on Friday instead of Thursday. This morning i get a notification the debit order had gone through. I am being told i cant be refunded and if i do, it will not be today and as per the conversation i had with Oduetse the contact center team leader there is nothing they can do and refused to let me speak to the manager. I wouldn't have made an arrangement if i wanted the debit to go through today but i did because i knew i needed the money. i need someone to call me and sort this out today.
