Dorcas was very helpful, I called to check on a certain paragraph which I misunderstood and she took her time to explain and further assisted me with Premium queries and also made me to understand the contents of the paragraph in question. She displayed great attitude, she was smiling and overall, great customer care and relations!
The world would be a better place with more people like care when Value for money is seen in all aspects.
