So I called the call centre for a settlement amount on my loan and outstanding balance on my credit card and banking details. The agent then said I will receive this within 10 minutes. 2 and a half hours passed and still nothing received all of this while waiting at the bank ready to transfer the money. I calle the call centre aain and was then told they will resend it. I then received the qoutes in less than a minute with incorrect information on there and I did not ask for a settlement amount on my credit card as I do not want to close this. I just want to clear up the card and keep it opene therefor I just need the nbanking details for this. I do however want to to settle the loan. Simple as that. I wasted R60.00 airtime and are not spending another dime calling them.
