Good morning.

Early feb I went to fnb branch doing cancellatio of one of transaction which went through double.
And they told be that they will do stop oder and return the amount to my account. And I sad I don't want a
Stop order I want them to cancel my transaction, whe I spoke to Mr Chauke he told me that this is the process they use in Dobsonville branch.. So they decide to do stop order and motor finance guys busy phoning me askinhg me why their debit order no longer going through.. I went to the branch asking them to fix the mistake and they can't. They said I must go to melrose arch branch where I open my account. I was charged R70 and they said they will reverse that R70 charge to my account same day still today not yet fixed..

I'm starting to be angry cause I never received this bad service at FNB melrose arch and Eastgate..
