New management Melrose Arch abrasive

Being a regular to this branch of Ocean Basket we have always had great meals and service.
It now seems to be under new management and unfortunately the management seems to be worried about every cent they can squeeze out of their customers and would rather and annoy customers than keep them happy.

My wife and I always order a platter for 2 without linefish and every branch of Ocean Basket has no issues with adding some extra calamari or prawns in lieu of the linefish. Ocean Basket Melrose Arch refuses to change anything on the menu and then gives us a about orders from Head office disallowing this.
We decided to leave and went to Rosebank who happily exchanged the fish for prawns.

The Melrose Arch branch seems to have a very impatient attitude lately and has obviously to us about the orders from Head office.
Disappointing and disgusted as this use to be one of our favourite eating places, it goes without saying that we will be going to Rosebank in future.
