Is this the way all FNB clients are being treated? Is the customer service call centre there to patronize customers? Why does FNB allow debit orders on customer accounts with a simple reference change even though the stop order is for the company and amount and not the reference? Why wasn't the account holder informed on this matter on date of transaction? Where does it state that FNB is allowed to insist on ATM PIN verification from a customer, before checking with customers if they approve of this method? Why should my mental and physical health be put under pressure because FNB can't maintain a simple cheque account.
