I have looked at your bank statement and noticed the following debit orders going off your account for the "SOMU EM" debit orders you wish to stop:
Due to the reference number (Highlighted in green) changing every time, we are not going to be able to stop the debit orders completely. In order to create the stop payment we have to use the full reference and we can stop it for one month, but if they change the reference number another stop payment will need to be done.
We have in the meantime sent the "So Music" information to the relevant department be further investigated as it is unauthorised debit orders.

CLEARLY CAPITEC NOW ADMITS THAT IT CANNOT STOP DEBIT ORDERS!!
IS THIS A BANK OR DOG AND PONY SHOW??
