TODAY, TOMOROW ALWAYS WITHOUT A WILL

Our oldest son died in December 2012. This means that our testament is out dated and there are some critical things that is now not relevant anymore. We visited Absa Hartbeespoort in February 2013 to draw up a new will. we were assisted very professional and quick. But ever since then I had to phone numerous times to be updated and when I eventually was told that the will is there and that we can come and sign IT WAS INCORRECT! The lady that assisted us were very friendly and said that it will be corrected and that we can then come in and sign. I phoned yesterday the person working with it was to busy to take my call, the telephonist took my number and said that they will call back - Big surprise after 24 hours yet again NO REPLY
! In the meantime they already debited our account with a fee for updating our will. If either me or my husband dies in the meantime or both it will be havoc for the people left behind. Please investigate!
