I`m coming back with the same complain I had as I am still facing challenges regarding the cancellation of my life policy, I was referred back to the Branch for assistance but the branch is unable to help because when my ex husband had to come and sign he said a consultant at Maponya Mall has told him not to sign until he gets a call from them but what I fail to understand is why are consultants having a say in what happens in this policy, so I just need advise on what it is that I must end up doing in order to get helped because the person that they are saying shouldn`t sign will wait for them, I don`t know when will they do it because these policies that they are having so much to say about are being paid by me, the person has never contributed a single cent towards it, he had also forfeited the house after the divorve was finalised so I would like to request that I be assisted because I have kids at school, whom I need to pay fees for, am struggling as I am a single parent.
