Absa Bank have bad service delivery

I have been with Absa Private bank for 13 years, I receive a income from overseas as I am a Expat worker but still live in SA. Absa have in the past numerase times keep my money back, and not clearing it sometimes up to 10 days. In the meantime Absa is pulling interest of my money. I have told them many times, to clear the money, the moment the money come in, in the past there excuse was that they have to contact me before they can clear it, and many times I have told them that it is impossible as I am working on a ship and that they can not get hold of me. For the last couple years things was going good until Thursday, the 30th of August. Their latest excuse is that they are overwhelm with work and can not tell me by when they will clear the money, in the meantime I have debt orders that will go off that can not be paid, and who's fault is this, NOT MINE, but Absa don't care, I have made many calls and spoke to many people and all they can say is, we do our best. I want Absa to cover all cost for delay in payment and I want all interest paid back to me sins Thursday, I have all emails to back me to proof Absa is at fault.
