Claim Nr: CL0075625. Policy Nr. 1319746. This is the third complaint on the same issue! I had my vehicle repaired after an accident and received it on 22 Feb 2013. I am very happy with the repairs done. Since then, tha panel beater wasn't paid to date. Mandy Rajcoomar respondede very prompt on my last complaint (on hellopeter), date 17 April 2013. She made promises to put this case to bed... Nothing has been done since. No party was contacted and the panel beater wasn't paid!! I made 17 calls to their call centre. Only promises, that's when I was fortunate to get to speak to someone... Please Mandy, use your muscle... if you have one. I am ashamed to say I am an employee of FNB..!
