Just a warning to clients of Regent to be persistent with their claims...
I perused my policy document, confirmed the wording and instituted a claim after an incident. I was informed by three persons that I have no claim, even being told that my policy has been amended during the last three months and that I am no longer covered for said claim. This was however refuted after I threatened to cancel my policy. I therefore got the idea that they are avoiding claims at all costs.
My dispute has since been settled, but I just want clients to be vigilant of such actions.
