In December 2012 we placed an order for an I-pad via the FNB Online Banking Website and ever since we placed the order we have heard nothing back from FNB. We are very new client's to the bank and in the process of bringing our portfolio's over from other banks. But if this is the kind of service that we are going to be getting, then it seems that we have been lending our ears out to the wrong brokers and that we have made a very big mistake in bringing our monies over to FNB.
We await your reply urgently FNB.
