I submiited a claim to Regent for damage to a ma rim on my car as well as the damages to my rear bumper.
i received email confirmations of my claims being recevived and processed on Monday wherein i received replies that the claims would be processed and i wold get feedback within 24- 48 hours.
this was on monday.
now you repudiate the claim for bumper and still no response on my mag rim cl.
i was advised when i took this policy that i can claim for scratches and dents, there would be no ecess payable neither was i informed of any limit on claims that i can lodge. i do confirm that there would no limit on the number of times i can lodges claims or given a maximmum amount for which i can claim.
what the is your problem.
