I have been insured with PSG Konsult for some years now. A year or so ago i received a letter indicating that my insurance underwriter would change from New National Insurance to Regent insurance. The debits off my account reflecting Regent have been going off ever since.
I wanted to claim for my laptop which was last week and called PSG to be given the run around from department to department with someone finally saying i should call Regent.
Regent told me that on their system it reflects that i am a PSG client.
I called PSG again and finally got through to a Helen Theunissen who said emailed me a claim form which i completed and sent back to her. I also asked her to send me my policy document.
I have yet to hear back from her.
Am I being ripped off?
