How we cant help you

I wanted to make an appointment to see Bridget Lafember (business banker), her phone went directly to voice mail. The message she left said she's on leave and will be back the 24th of April (today), and I should phone Charlene McCarthy at 0219145900 (FNB Tygerberg).
Phoned the number for Charlene. And the woman answering the phone said they have been trying to get hold of Charlene for a week now. They don't know where she is.
They told me to phone 087 575 9479.
Phoned above number, and got cut off as I was about to go through to an operator.
Phoned general info to enquire weather there is a problem with the service. The operator said no problems.
Phoned business banking again. Told the lady I want to make an appointment to see a business banker. She said she can't make appointments.
...neither can I apparently.
