I received a call a couple of weeks ago from someone at NuDebt about my television licence. I explained that I was in a meeting and asked them to call me back later in the day. They never did.
Then I received an sms threatening legal action if I did not call, so I did and got through to a call centre agent who I could not hear and who could not hear me as it sounded like there was a mad party going on in the background. With much difficulty I managed to give the lady my reference number and asked her to arrange for someone to call me to discuss the situation from a quieter environment or when the people around her were not screaming and shouting, but nobody has called me.
I have just received yet ANOTHER threatening sms which is completely unneccessary! Please will someone from NuDebt in an environment where they can be heard pick up the phone and call me so we can resolve this issue?
