Threatening sms's to pay, 4 weeks waiting period

I have been receiving these very bad threatening sms's about a Telkom account that I thought was paid. After getting the details and paying the outstanding amount, which was paid on the 25th August, I have been speaking to a Bonolo, via phone and email awaiting on a paid up letter. 4 weeks later and still I havent heard anything. When I called to nudebt, I was informed she no longer works there and I must now resubmit the email to another department. They are so quick to send these sms's but when you need the letter the service. The thing that gets to me most of all, didnt she hand over any outstanding queries to another person inside the company. Then when youo phone the company back to speak to a manager, the phone gets put down in your ear. Wow great Service.
