I got notice from Nudebt that there is an amount outstanding to Telkom via SMS. I called and asked for the account to be sent to me. I received the account and explained the house had been sold and the account cancelled. I sent the sale documents through to Natalie and Tshepo Magwaza on email and have had no email response or call. All I get are SMSs telling me I have ;4 days to pay. There is a legal procedure, and in it I am allowed to communicate and have a response. But I am not getting that, this behavior in not legal. My reference is ND16430772. If I do not receive a written response by email from Nudebt I will take this matter to a lawyer.
