Been married for 28 years and TV licence is in husband's name. We have a current paid up TV licence. NuDebt are harassing me to pay R4486.04 from the 1980's when I had my own TV licence. They now say I am in contravention of the broadcasting act and further actions will be taken. I suffer from Bipolar Disorder and am on daily medication and this is just making my condition worse. So it must stop now! I can't take anymore of it. We have contacted the debt collectors on numerous occasions and explained the situation to them. Our reference number is 124182270.
