Lost US$130000 due to incompetence

I applied for a bank guarantee for R11000 on Monday 22 April for a urgent tender which needed to leave on Wednesday 24th April at 14h00
By Wednesday FNB had still not done anything.
Despite my attempts through the business banker - nothing has transpired and we stand to lose due to their incompetence.
It is now 15h55, the couriers have gone, the tender is still lying here, no guarantee and the business banker has gone home.
I will be taking my account elsewhere and recommend that other small companies do the same.
