Standard Bank service too slow

I am so disappointed to write a complaint about a bank that in the first year carried me on their hands. Thanks Sandra for the great service you are providing. Its just unfortunate that the business section does not live by the same rules. I applied for a R15000 overdraft for my business since I ran into a bit of a cashflow problem. I applied on 15/10. It took 3 days to appove. That was friday. Since my banker are not working on saturdays we arranged to sign all the documentation on Monday the 21st, which we did. Since I thought after signing it, it is a simple process just to activate the limit, I promised suppliers payments on monday. I contacted my banker on monday, she said she is till waiting. Came tuesday, it was not loaded, I contacted my banker again, "They are waiting for confirmation that the suretyship was received"., how long does it take to send a document and confirm that was received. Tuesday afternoon, nothing. Wednesday morning, nothing. Wednesday by Midday it was received, they must now load the limit. Wednesday afternoon, nothing. i am standing red faced with my suppliers now. is going on. Its only R15000, not R1500000. Thursday moning, still nothing!!!
