Someone has changed my debit order from the 1st to the 20th. Its unfortunate that I can never called Old mutual to change this. Unfortunately, the service fee for unsufficient funds come back to me and I am the one who has to pay them. I need to know that my debit order will be changed BACK to the 1st and how will I get my reimbursement for the penalty for a change that I myself have not effected.
