Bad follow-up/info/requirements and delivery

I was advised by my lawyer to personally submit my application for percentage of pension payment to Alexander Forbes and after receiving all relevant documents I sent it via courier on the 19 March '13. When following it up, AF (via call centre) let me know that they didn't receive my docs yet. I traced via tracking number and found it was received by an individual at AF.Then they found it entered on the system BUT needed the hard copies and my former husbands banking details.scared of them 'loosing' that again we drove through from Secunda and took it to them personally on Monday 22nd April. At first reception let us know that we may not be able to see someone as they were on lunch now and busy. My mom informed we were from Secunda and have to make sure these are being received. Joseph (Jose?) came down and assisted. We let him know that the originals were with them as they found it, it was misplaced. But, here are copies with the banking confirmation. Now they let us know they still need certified copies of ID's! The mail keeps replying with an error!
