Disrespected and fuming

I used my phone to upgrade from Gold to Platinum and i then received a call to advise that i should then have my ID and proof of Residence. I then made copies and had my originals on hand and on e-mail, just in case. A delivery guy then came to my place of work to disrespect me in front of clients and reception telling me that my copies are not good enough and he is not happy, that i am wasting his time while he is at work. I ran around like an, and he was not "happy" still. I then complained and was called by a manager Cherine who gave me her e-mail to send the copies, who then ignored me and didn't bother replying to my mail, either to acknowledge receipt or dignify my complaint with a response. I am utterly horrified my this, and want my card. I funnily enough enough used the same copies to get my vehicle finance so I know the copies are more than clear!!!
