I called on the 12 April 2013 requesting for my credit card account to be closed and from my money to refunded back to me. Again on the 23 I called to find out when my money will be paid the consultant (Dorothy) advised that the money will be in my account the same day. I called again today the supervisory is now telling me that my money will only be paid on the 2 May 2013. their service really bad.
