ACCOUNT ERROR

I TOOK A LOAN TOGETHER WITH A CREDIT CARD LAST YEAR NOV, HAVE BEEN PAYING IN ORDER EVERY LAST DAY OF THE MONTH. ON THE 4TH FEB 13 I MADE A DIRECT DEPOSIT OF R1000 ON MY CREDIT CARD THROUGH NEDBANK TO HAVE EXTRA MONEY. BUT TO MY SURPRISE THE AMOUNT PAID IN WAS DIVIDED INTO CREDIT CARD & LOAN PAYMENT. I CALLED IN SEVERAL TIMES TO REQUEST MY MONEY TO BE PAID BACK INTO MY CREDIT CARD, AS THAT WAS THE WHOLE POINT BUT I WAITED. I CALLED AGAIN YESTERDAY SPOKE TO NICHOLAS, SHOCKINLY WAS HE TOLD ME THAT MONEY WAS REVERSED BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. AND YET AGAIN AFRICAN BANK DEDUCTED MONEY INTO MY ACCOUNT WHERE AS THE DEPOSIT I MADE WAS SPLITTED INTO AN INSTALMENT. CLEARLY THEY'VE SEEN THAT MY CREDIT CARD HAVE BEEN PAID FORWARD UNEXPECTEDLY BUT THEY STILL WENT AND DEDUCT AGAIN. I SERIOUSLY NEED MY MONEY TO BE REVERSED BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT ASAP. DO I HAVE TO COMPLAIN EVERY SINGLE MONTH LIKE REALLY NOW!!!..
