I sent an email requesting that my bank accout should be double debited because I changed banks and one premium is behind and I got an auto reply that I must call the call centre which I did and made arrangements for 2 premiums to be taken on the. 23rd April 2013 but only 1 went off and should anything happen they will not pay the claim because of that despite the fact that I took he initiative and made arrangements.
