I had a few issues with a suspension of benefits which happened due to Oneplan not debiting a premium on the correct date. I had sent through claims for refund and when I called to find out what was happening they told me this. I then paid the outstanding amount via EFT and was told that everything was in order and my claims being refunded. This didn't happen. Eventually I got hold of Ronald Govender and he sorted the problem out by reactivating the policy as everything was up to date. He then processed my claims within 24 hrs credited to my Onecard.
