AT THE END OF MARCH I WAS NOT DEBITED FOR MY FUNERAL POLICIES WHEN I ENQUIRED TWICE THEY TOLD ME IT WAS A MISTAKE ON THEIR SYSTEMS AND THE CLIENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO PAY FOR THAT MONTH AND THAT THE COMPANY WAS GOING TO SETTLE THAT MONTHS PREMIUMS FROM THEIR SIDE AS A GESTURE OF GOODWILL, THEY SENT ME A STATEMENT PROVING THAT I DO NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR MARCH, CONVENIENTLY THE END OF APRIL I WAS DOUBLE DEBITED OF WHICH WAS NOT ANTICIPATED, WHEN I CONTACT THEM THEY HAD THE NERVE TO SAY I HAD INSUFFICIENT FUNDS IN MY ACCOUNT THE PREVIOUS MONTH, AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS TO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES ALL I GET IS THAT THEY WILL GET THE MANAGER TO CALL ME BACK AND NO ONE EVER CALLS ME BACK. I KNOW IT IS A SMALL AMOUNT BUT I BELIEVE IN PRINCIPLES DO NOT PROMISE A CUSTOMER SOMETHING AND NOT DELIVER. THE MOST FRUSTRATING PART ABOUT THIS WHOLE MESS IS THAT I HAVE TO MAKE SO MANY CALLS AND STILL GET NO RESULTS. AFTER REFERRING SO MANY PEOPLE TO METROPOLITAN I'M BEGINNING TO QUESTION MYSELF WHAT WOULD REALLY HAPPEN IF I HAVE TO PUT IN A CLAIM, DO I HAVE TO CALL ONE MILLION TIMES TO GET RESULTS.
