My client had a burst geyser and as it turned out it was still under warranty from the supplier. The supplier came out to inspect the geyser, this was after having to wait two days for the supplier to send a plumber who seemed to have the instruction to find a reason not to replace the geyser, and he confirmed they were not going to replace it as it had been tampered with. Discovery stepped in quickly and came to the rescue and within hours had a plumber on his doors step, with a 200L geyser in hand, the installation was prompt and efficient. Discovery took full ownership of this disaster and have further agreed to pay any resultant damages caused by a geyser still under a manufacturing warranty. Thank you to the team that made this happen so quickly.
