My previous report refer. Today is the 1st of May 2013 and still I did not received the policy documents, via e-mail or mail, as promised and the second premium is already deducted from my bank account. Under mentioned comment made on my previous report let me wonder what is going on!!!

be very careful and I hope they told you not covered for natural death for atleast six months. I asked for those documents when my wife passed away and I was told its my responsibility that I receive the documents.
I will refer this case to the Ombudsman!
