A order was attached on my salary for a debt I incurred in the year 2004, it was a loan and unfortunately I could not pay the debt in that time. Now after 9 years I'm being shocked with a emolument on my salary by Gerhard v/d Merwe Att. No communication was made with me at all but they were quick to act on my salary. I intend to apply to court that this emolument attachment be set aside and thereafter I want to sue these attorneys and the client responsible... please assist me with what my rights are in this regard taking into consideration of the Credit act. I am fully aware that the act protect consumers with debt older than 3 years and it is clear that the mentioned client succeeded in getting past the credit act by doing a attachment on my salary...
