I would like to complain about how MBD Attorneys is trying to collect on an account that has prescribed.

According to the online letter sent, "* It could negatively impact your credit profile"

Please note that listing prescribed debt on the credit bureau is specifically prohibited by the regulations to the National Credit Act.

So as this account has prescribed, can MBD Attorneys remove and close my account.

So I await a response from MBD Attorneys and an email address to correspond with.
