On 25/01/2013 a purchase of R 3446.90 was made on My Rcs account without my knowledge. I btw was at work. (Beagle watch security) and had my card with me.
First of all I struggled terribly to get to someone who could help me with the issue as no-one who works there seemed to know what to do in a case like this. I sent an affidavit via fax to RCS and for 2 months did not receive any feedback. In the meantime I could not pay what I actually did owe due to my account having been closed and now after 2 months I get a call from a very rude woman telling me that I have to pay all outstanding from the previous 2 months plus overdue charges or else she will report me to their legal department.
Personally I feel they should be sued. How did they allow a purchase to be made of such a big amount without my card and ID???
I have always had a very good credit status on all my accounts and to me it seems that I did nothing wrong here. So why am I being treated like a criminal due to an RCS empoyee's incompetence?
Well, I have contacted NCR. Hopefully they can help me as RCS is unwilling.
