I called discovery Invest to cancel my annuity fund and requested them to transfer the value to my account early March 2013. Two weeks later they sent me their form to complete and i sent it back. During the first week of April 2013 i called to follow up and i was told that they never received the cancellation form, i therefore sent it to them again on 12 April 2013 and i received the following reference number 2804838543. I followed up again on 23 April 2013 only to be told that they haven't started processing it. I am not happy with the service and treatment i have been getting as i requested a cancelation and for them to repay me my money however its almost 2 months now and i haven't been assisted yet they keep on deducting the premium which is unaccepted as i was told that the value of my annuity will not even be equal to the premiums i have been paying for more than 20months.
