I resigned from my company and informed my company that i want to withdraw from the Retirement Annuity Fund (ROBSAV) then my company sent the communication to Robsav that they should terminate my membership. Today (30 July 2013), I was informed by Helen Walker from Robsav that they have received my information and the pay out will be by Friday (2 August 2013) and all that was confirmed telephonically and by e-mail. At about 15:30 on the 30th of July 2013, I then received an e-mail from Helen Walker saying that the fund will be extended to August, of which i have not agreed with anyone. I am not happy with that kind of service when people dectate to others what should happen to their retirement annuity. What if the market goes bad in the month of August and then I lose my money, will Robsav pay what was due to me on the month of June.
