I hereby would like to complain about the attitude of one Discovery brokers. I've requested information from mrs Saayman to invest R300 000 in my Discovery annuity. I originally wanted it transferred into a reservationfund, but she advised me to put it into the annuity. She said that a Section 14 is free of charge, but then she gave me the quotation for app R10 000? I then asked questions, as surely any person would like to get answers before forking out R10 000. She then responded by telling me how hard she works to get her clients to Gold status on Vitality... and that doesn't make sense to me as I didn't think Vitality has anything to do with my policy? I am a healthcare practitioner and doesn't even need advice and I do belong to Virgin Active, and they arrange healthcare days. I also thought that this should not even be mentioned in annuities? She started getting aggressive and decided to terminate the agreement. And she still didn't answer any of my questions? I have changed the broker now, but would like you to attend to the attitude of this broker, as she just caused you to lose out on an investment of R300 000. Apparently I am not the first client she "drops"
