First National Bank
BANK MY CHANGE - 2 weeks, NO CALL BACK!

This is a small matter to some, but I have requested a call back in regards to the BANK MY CHANGE feature FNB has.
I have waited 2 weeks, and from what I hear, this shouldn't take more than 3 days.
It's a added little benefit, I know, but the fact remains, I have requested a service and I have received nothing from FNB yet again...

I use my card EVERYWHERE, so this sounds like a great idea, IF somebody calls me back!
