So difficult to get through to the call centre

I called on the 22/04 I spoke to Avi regarding closing of my credit card account, she then said she will transfer me to the relevant department which she kept me on hold for some time still could not be assisted, she gave me a reference 62474844 she took my details for someone to call me back, until now I have nt heard from Nedbank.

all I wanted is a confirmation that my credit card account has been closed because it is fully paid and i do not want any further charges.
