SARS hold

I have been on the phone all morning trying to make sense of the reason why FNB put a hold on my savings account, apparently it is procedure witch I fully understand I was able to use the money yesterday if it is standard procedure why was the hold not put on yesterday, I feel that it is very unfair that they don't have the decency to contact me, I have contacted SARS they have cleared the money so I would like to know I need to make a transfer out of the account today and FNB decided to hold it and not release it until the unit has cleared it and no time frame can be put on the problem, I feel this is unprofessional and the main reason why I am going through hello Peter is because FNB does not give a damm trying to get a response out of them it just not worth it because if you are Lucky they will get back to you in a week.

Please I am hoping you will be able to help me.
