Refuse to act on Instruction and refuse then to re

On 20/9/2013 I gave instruction via my adviser to do changes on my policy. After many follow ups and emails Old Mutual still did not do any of the instructed changes on my policy, the change would have decreased my premium by about R1, 000 per month. Eventualy after discussions with Mr Janse Van Rensburg the changes was done, this was 2 months later. I then requested a refund which was due to me as Old Mutual took 2 months to act on my instruction, Mr Janse Van Rensburg said he will look into the matter and will give me feedback. On 25/11/2013 I recieved a mail from Mr Janse Van Rensburg confirming that Old Mutual will refund me and that they are just busy working out the value of the refund. I then kept on following up and he then stopped replying to me. And I then saw a mail which was send to my adviser confirming that Old Mutual are not going to refund me. I am shocked to know that instructions to a big company like Old Mutual are ignored and then they refuse to do the change back dated to instruction. This could have been much worst cover could have been increased and me dieing and then I would have sit with no cover. SHOCKING
