Number port finally completed

After my original complaint on HelloPeter, FNB responded the very next day to let me know the matter was escalated. I was asked to phone the call centre again to verify my details and after speaking to Herald in the Cellphone Sale department my number was finally ported from Vodacom to Cell C.
