I had my Account downgraded from gold cheque to smart zero on the 21st of May 2013. My card was cancelled on that day and I haven't been able to use it til today (19 June 2013). Its almost a month and I havent received the new card.
I'm avoiding a monthly charge by downgrading, but it seems like the bank wants to prolong this.
