I lost my bank card, went to the bank to make a new card. the teller took my id odered a new card. On the day on collection they gave me stories that I should go to police station and do avidarvit because the id that is on their system doesnt corresppond with the one I have and that I should also bring a posted letter (proof of address). They charged me for temporary card and the card that I ordered (cheque card). They agreed that it was their employees incompetence but they still continued to let me suffer for their mistake.
