Advertising that you get R400 back for a "friendly" 15 call if you cannot beat any insurance price is a bunch on rubbish if you go through the whole process of asking all questions to a previous outsurance customer and then at the end of the call you STILL cannot beat the premuim and when asked for the R400 you get told that because you a previous Outsurance customer in your terms and conditions it stats that you don't have too is false advertising. Why don't you just say that in your advert instead of waisting peoples time. I honestly wouldn't go back to Outsurance because my premium went up by R200 because i was in the process of getting Divorced and i was a "RISK". Rubbish! and then when i cancelled the call centre lady started telling me how bad my insurance company i have moved to and very happy with for the last year and a half with my premuim going up, actually went down. Outsurance is a absolute joke and you should remove your ad if you are not going to tell the people the truth!
