ABSOLUTELY FRUSTRATED WITH MY BANK!!! Thinking of moving...
I originally applied for a Ipad mini 16 gig special through FNB to be told that I need to settle my current contract with FNB with the Ipad 2.
When discussing with the call centre consultant, he confirmed that I do qualify however I need to pay roughly R2000 to settle my account and then they will apply for the Ipad mini that I already was approved for.
One week later I confirmed they could debit the R2000 off my bank account to settle my applicaiton but then got told by the consultant that I now do not qualify... (1 week later... not like I went to the casino and spend all my money and got myself in debt... ) I do not have a bad record or anything... Anyway... Was told that I would have feedback... Nothing up till now.
I got so fed up that I then tried to apply for the Macbook Pro but when i phoned them for feedback no one was able to give me an answer. It now has literally been 3 weeks and still nothing. Absolute bull and terrible service.
I want feedback ASAP regarding the MACBOOK PRO ASAP. I cannot believe you would treat a customer like this after being with you for over 10 years!!!
