No feedback after insurance claim was booked

On 2 Jan 2014 a home owners insurance claim for a pool pump was registered-CLAIM 2512885.I was told to fax a quotation to 0860242782 for the repairs which I did on 2 Jan 14. I got a sms from the bank to say if I don't hear from them in 48 hrs I should contact the. Since 4 Jan 14 ive been phoning and e mailing and nobody cares to come back. I was given the e mail [Email Removed] but she doesn't respond... I was given her direct number 011-5018513... with no response... I have refax the quotation several time... no luck... phoning 0860100876 with no luck!!!
